Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. squash
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon or less
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Put oil in blender.
    Add and blend enough zucchini until it measure 3 cups on blender pitcher.
    Add eggs and vanilla; blend. Combine dry ingredients and add to blender mixture in a bowl.
    Mix in nuts.
    Makes 3 small or 2 large loaves.
    Grease loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes; use toothpick test.
