Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Mazola oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix thoroughly all ingredients; beat until smooth.
    Divide batter into 3 loaf pans, greased well.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until done.
    Cool 5 minutes, then turn out onto plate.
