Banana Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks
4 sliced bananas
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together sugar and flour.
Add boiling water and butter. Cook until thick, then add egg yolks of 3 beaten eggs.
Stir in well and add bananas.
Pour into the baked pie shell, cover with the beaten egg whites with sugar and vanilla added.
Bake long enough to brown meringue.
