Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. light mayo
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 broccoli head
    1 medium red onion
    3/4 c. Spanish peanuts
    1 \"good handful\" raisins
Preparation
    Make a dressing using the mayo, vinegar and sugar; mix and set aside.
    Cut the flowerets from broccoli head and discard stems. Toss with the raisins, peanuts and cut up onion.
    Add dressing and toss lightly.
