Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, cut in 1-inch pieces
    grated Jack cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Boil zucchini 2 to 3 minutes and drain well.
    Place in baking dish.
    Sprinkle generously with grated Jack cheese.
    Mix sour cream and dry onion soup mix.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes or until done.
