Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. flour
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

After melting butter, put it in refrigerator for about 30 minutes until a little hard.
Put in bowl and stir in sugar.
Then stir in egg white.
Then stir in flour and baking powder.
Roll the dough into small balls and line up on cookie sheet.
Gently press each on with your finger.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
