Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in 8-inch baking pan.
    In a saucepan, combine cornmeal, salt and water.
    Stir and bring to a boil over high heat.
    Remove from heat and beat in milk and eggs.
    Pour into pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
