3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation
