Banana-Sour Cream Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium, ripe bananas, peeled
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Slice bananas into blender.
    Whir until pureed (1 cup).
    Beat brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg.
    Beat in bananas, sour cream and vanilla until blended.
