Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 small can drained pineapple (crushed)
    1 tsp. onion, grated fine
    2 tsp. bell pepper, grated fine
    1 1/8 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 c. pecans (1/4 in mix, 3/4 to roll mixture in)
Preparation
    Form all ingredients into a ball.
    Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
    Roll in remaining pecans.
