Boudain Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. boudain
8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
seasoning as desired

Preparation

Remove boudain from casing.
May use at room temperature or heat slightly.
Mix all ingredients together; season to taste. Serve with crackers.
