Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini (unpeeled), grated
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. cooking ???
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. regular salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix everything, but eggs and melted butter.
    Add eggs last. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut in squares to serve.
