Grandma'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 - 5 very ripe mashed bananas
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp cloves
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Grease or Pam 2
    9 X 5 loaf pans.
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until light and thick.
    Fold in mashed bananas.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir into mixture.
    Add pecans.
    Pour batter into loaf pans.
    Bake about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool slightly, remove from pans and cool completely on a rack.
