3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 pastry pie crust
Preparation

Beat the eggs until lemon colored.
Slowly stir in the melted butter.
Sift together the flour and sugar.
Add this gradually to the egg mixture, beating well after each addition.
Add the buttermilk and vanilla.
Stir well.
Pour into the pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
