Sour Cream Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle with sugar before baking. Cool dough before rolling, it will handle better.
    Mix as usual.
    Roll to 1/4-inch thickness and cut as desired. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or golden brown.
