Deer Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground venison*
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    *One half pound pork sausage can be substituted for 1/2 pound venison for a more moist loaf.
