Sugar Plum Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 jars strained plum baby food
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and salt in large bowl; set aside.
    Combine eggs, oil and baby food in a separate bowl.
    Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
    Fold in pecans. Divide batter evenly between ungreased aluminum loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
