Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked (boiled) chicken, chopped (about 3 half chicken breasts)
    2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped unsalted peanuts
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated sharp cheese (reserve 1/2 c.)
    1 c. potato chips, crushed
    1 c. water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and potato chips, then sprinkle with cheese and chips.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
