Zucchini Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. cubed zucchini
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is browned. Cut into squares when cool.
