Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Jiffy creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Add egg.
    Beat until well blended.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
    Mix until blended.
    Make small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten slightly with fork. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
