Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    1 lb. margarine (Ms. Filberts)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 boxes powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. nuts, chopped (I use pecans)
Preparation
    Cut cheese and butter up in saucepan; place over low heat until melted.
    Place sugar and cocoa in large bowl; stir together. Pour melted cheese and butter over sugar.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well with wooden spoon.
    Pour into large pan; chill 1 hour and cut into squares.
    (I use large jelly roll pan.)
    Store in airtight container.
