Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll chilled cookie dough into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll cookie balls in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned, but still soft.
