Zucchini Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 lb. large zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine oil, onion and garlic in an 8-inch square glass baking dish and cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in zucchini, seasoned salt and oregano.
    Cover and cook 3 minutes; stir.
    Cook additional 3 minutes.
    Stir.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving. (Cook in microwave.)
