Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft shortening (part butter)
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Roll into balls size of small walnut.
    Then roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
