Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. each: nutmeg and salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. each: nuts, raisins, coconut and diced dates
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. cooked potato pumpkin, well drained
Preparation
    Use 1/2 cup flour to dredge nuts, raisins, coconut and dates. Sift all other dry ingredients together.
    Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
    Add pumpkin, beat, then add flour mixture alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Stop mixer and pour in nut mixture and fold in well.
    Bake in loaf pans in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
    Don't overcook.
