Ingredients

2 cup raisins
1/2 cup salad oil
1 1/4 cup water
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. liquid sweetner
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. water
2 cup flour
2 eggs beaten-well
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup nuts
Preparation

Cook raisins oil, water and spices for 3 minutes. Cool. Dissolve salt, soda, sweetner and water together. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, nuts and cool raisins mixture, drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. These need to refrigerated. Freeze well.
