Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium apples, chopped (unpeeled)
    2 c. sliced celery (2 stalks)
    3/4 c. pecans
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Core apples; do not peel.
    Slice.
    Combine apples, celery, pecans, pineapple and cheese.
    Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream; add to apple mixture.
    Toss to coat evenly.
    Serve chilled.
