Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury cake mix (lemon)
2 1/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 egg

Preparation

Mix with spoon until well mixed.
Take 1 teaspoon at a time and roll in confectioners sugar.
Place on cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
