Saucepan Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. bittersweet chocolate
    1 c. boiling water
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk (you can put 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice in a measuring cup and milk to make 1/2 c.)
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In medium sized saucepan, place water, chocolate and butter. Let them melt; stir and cool.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder and add to first mixture.
    Add sugar and buttermilk and last, the eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased and floured pans for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes great cupcakes; very moist!
