Cornbread Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 to 1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into well-greased muffin pan.
Put in enough oil so that it will come on top of batter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until real brown and crisp. Muffins can be cooked on broil.
Just make sure they don't burn.
