Bread Stuffing(3 Quarts For 12 Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. finely minced onion
    12 c. (3 qt.) coarse or fine crumbs or cubes
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery (stalks and leaves)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried sage, thyme or marjoram
    poultry seasoning to taste
Preparation
    I use 1 teaspoon of all 4 seasonings.
