No Time Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
    Cavender's Greek seasoning
    1 lb. stew meat or large soup bone
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 medium potatoes, chopped
    water
Preparation
    In crock-pot mix tomato paste with 1 can of water; add remaining ingredients (Cavender's to taste; I sprinkle heavily over top), then stir to mix evenly.
    Cook all day on low or half day on high.
    Serves 6.
