Fresh Corn And Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. white Shoe Peg corn (frozen)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. diced Jack cheese (grated is okay)
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Blend partially frozen corn with a little milk in processor to a thick mash consistency.
    Then mix all ingredients in large bowl and pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Can bake, freeze and reheat.
