Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until smooth.
    Grease three 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Fill each 1/3 full.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
