Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. black olives
    1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. pimentos
Preparation
    Boil whole potatoes in their jacket, cool and peel.
    Dice into large bowl.
    Dice the eggs, saving one for garnish, and combine with the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
    Slice the reserved hard-boiled egg and arrange the slices on top.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to develop. Serve cold.
