Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 (15 oz.) can pinto or red kidney beans
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil.
Add onions, garlic and celery; cook until tender. Add turkey; cook until pinkness is gone.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin.
Simmer for 29 minutes.
Mix in beans, salt and pepper.
