Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients after sifting dry ingredients together. Bake in 2 greased ring molds or loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until tests done.
