Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 loaf French bread
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Lightly brown ground beef; drain off excess fat.
Mix ground beef with all remaining ingredients, except bread and cheese. Slice French bread in half lengthwise.
Spread with ground beef mixture.
Broil 10 minutes.
Add cheese.
Broil until done.
