Southern Sweet Potato Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. golden raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease bottom of a loaf pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and spices in mixing bowl, stirring with a spoon. Stir in sugar, eggs, oil and milk; stir to blend. Stir in remaining sweet potatoes, pecans and raisins.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
