Greek Meatballs(Keftethakia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or lamb
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. moist breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Brown onions in a little butter and place in mixing bowl.
    Add meat, breadcrumbs, eggs and seasoning and blend well.
    Shape into tiny, bite-size balls.
    Roll in flour and fry in hot oil.
    Drain well.
    Serve warm or cold.
