Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat until thick and foamy
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 small pkg. coconut cream pudding and pie filling
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and oil, then stir in flour and pudding mix, then pineapple, zucchini, raisins and nuts.
    Blend well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
