Zucchini And Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 cups sliced zucchini, 1/2-inch thick (about 3 small)
    1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon salt
    dash of pepper
    2 cups tomato wedges
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute green peppers and onions.
    Add zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart covered casserole.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and bake 10 minutes more.
    Melt Cheddar cheese on top and serve.
