Sugar-Free Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. ascorbic acid or Fruit Fresh in 1 qt. water (this is to put your fruit in as it is peeled)
    1 qt. peaches (6 or 8)
    4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Slice peaches and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 9-inch or 10-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Cover and slit top crust. Cook about 1 hour at 425\u00b0 until bubbly.
