Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork roast
4 lb. sauerkraut
5 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
1 onion
parsley
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Flour roast and brown in oil in pan.
Drain sauerkraut.
Wash in colander.
Press to dry.
