Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    3 well beaten small eggs
    2 c. mashed ripe mangoes
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift together first 6 ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs, mangoes, nuts and raisins.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
