Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. finely shredded zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add shredded zucchini and vanilla, then add flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and pecans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
    Yields two loaves.
