Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cooking pears
    1 orange
    1 lemon
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple
    5 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel and core pears.
    Grind pears and lemon and orange (including the rind); use coarse blade of chopper.
    Add pineapple and sugar.
    Stir well.
    Heat to boiling point.
    Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars. Makes 9 (6 ounce) jars.
