Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter, softened
    1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 3/4 c. unbleached flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In a large bowl, cream butter, maple syrup and sugar at low speed until fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat until well blended.
    Stir in orange juice and pumpkin.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing just enough to blend.
    Pour batter into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
