Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    3 mashed bananas
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Mix as plain cake and bake in loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. (Smaller loaves take less time.)
    Fill pans 2/3 full.
