Grandma Audrey'S Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. rice
2 c. chicken bouillon
soy sauce (optional)
Preparation

Heat butter in a skillet.
Add the onion and garlic and saute until onion is done (transparent).
Add the rice and saute until rice is just turning light brown.
Add the bouillon and cover tightly.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
You may add soy sauce to the bouillon if you want a more intense flavor.
